Shipping

We use Finnish postal service for domestic and international shipping. We strive to handle the orders as soon as possible, within 1-2 business days. Here is a summary of the delivery methods and prices:

Shipping to Finland

  • Registered letter delivery fee 0 euro when minimum order is 100€
  • Registered letter delivery fee 6 euros when order is under 100 euros
  • Delivery via Finnish postal service
  • Average shipping time 2-5 business days

      Shipping to EU

      • Registered letter delivery fee 15 euros
      • Delivery via Finnish postal service
      • Average shipping time 4-10 business days
      • Available countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

      Shipping to countries outside EU

      • Registered letter delivery fee 20 euros
      • Delivery via Finnish postal service
      • Average shipping time 7-20 business days
      • Available countries: Australia, Canada, China, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, USA

      Payment terms

      We provide payments by Paypal through your own Paypal account.

      We provide following credit card payments: American Express, Master Card, Visa Electron and Visa. The payment gateway is powered by Stripe.

      Returns & Exchanges

      We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. If you however receive a wrong or faulty product, we will exchange it for a new one, or, if you want, refund your money.

      All our goods have a full 14-day (counting from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy. Remember that you're only allowed to return intact products (unless the product has been faulty when you received it) with no signs of use.

      Please always ask for a receipt for the return from the post office, because it ensures that the postal service is responsible in case the parcel is lost. Without the receipt, you are responsible for the lost parcel!

      Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We will refund delivery costs and ship the replacement goods for free only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty.

      MOODAG © shall be not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Force Majeure, including fire, storm, flood, sabotage, interruptions in money traffic and traffic, accidents causing major harm, actions of public authorities, current or changed law, or labor disputes.

      MOODAG© is selling the items on online shop only to adults aged over 18 years. Product prices include vat 24%. We keep the right to change prices and delivery costs as well as our delivery terms.
